We had a great relaxed holiday, making and eating great food. Like this hand crafted peach/huckleberry pie.

Holy guacamole, today the chickens gave us three eggs. I'm thinkin' one per chicken, since there wasn't any eggs yesterday. One (the speckled one) weighed in at 100g a whopper. So big I couldn't even shut the lit on the egg carton. See...

Bacon and egg Thursday is turning into a big success in the family. Now we need something special for Tuesday? Any suggestions?
